Audio to MIDI Tool is an independent website created and maintained by Audio to MIDI Tool. Our homepage workspace is called Melody Lab.

We provide a browser-based tool that extracts a single melody from a supported WAV file and turns the detected notes into an editable MIDI file. You can adjust detection controls, listen to a simple synth preview, and download the result.

What this version does

The tool accepts mono or stereo 16-bit PCM WAV files, up to 25 MB and 3 minutes per file. It analyzes one pitch at a time. It does not separate instruments in a full mix or provide multi-part chord transcription. Noise and overlapping sounds can produce missed or extra notes.

How it runs

Audio processing takes place in your browser. No account, paid interface, or server-side audio processing is used. Review the result in your music software before relying on it.
